Category

High priority — listed first when overdue, everywhere (e.g. engine oil & filter)

Interval — Miles or Hours (e.g. 5000)

Interval — Months (e.g. 12)

One-time service at Miles/Hours (e.g. 250) — a break-in service; due once when the meter reaches this, then done. Ignored if an interval above is set.

Paste tasks

One task per line. Separate the fields with | or a tab (so you can paste straight out of a spreadsheet):
Task name | meter interval | months | category
Meter and months are optional individually, but a task needs at least one of them or it can never come due. Category defaults to General.
Example: Change engine oil & filter | 250 | 12 | Fluids

Duplicate Schedule

New Schedule Name

Equipment Type

The copy starts with no equipment assigned, so it will cover every active unit of the type you pick. Assign specific units afterwards if you want to narrow it.
